Client Training
We can provide a series of seminars given by expert lawyers on their speciality areas. The seminars will be fashioned so as to be relevant to your day to day work processes. The seminars give your staff an opportunity to become familiar with issues and identify breaches of legislation which may go otherwise unnoticed.
For example, we can provide in-house seminars for staff outlining the purpose and effect of the Consumer Guarantees Act, Fair Trading Act, joint Australia and New Zealand Food Standards Code, or any other Act you consider important. Advertising Audits and Sign Off
We review and check the labels of the products you manufacture or supply, together with your advertisements and promotions to ensure that they comply with the law with specific expertise in food composition, labelling and advertising medical advertisements.
This service is a great risk management technique and is currently used by a number of our clients to ensure compliance with relevant legislation before an advertising campaign is officially launched. This could include not only print material but internet and television material. We can advise you of any changes that need to be made, and then sign off on those documents when we are satisfied that they comply with the law.
