Simon is a Partner in the corporate/commercial group in our Auckland office. Simon has been involved in a number of significant business acquisitions and management buy-outs, as well as (re)structuring new and existing businesses, including in relation to insolvency issues.
Simon advises clients on supply and distribution arrangements, including in relation to exporting into overseas markets, as well as structuring options for growth and expansion, through outsourcing, joint ventures and partnering arrangements.
Simon provides advice to software and hardware suppliers, network utilities and infrastructure companies, as well as to service providers and major customers in the utilities and technology sectors, in relation to complex ICT projects.
