Alex is a senior associate in the firm's corporate group. He is a corporate law specialist, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, private equity, corporate governance, and constitutional matters.
Alex provides general commercial and contractual advice to a diverse group of clients. His particular areas of interest are joint ventures, franchising, and advising on shareholder disputes.
