Amanda is a senior associate in the firm's corporate group. She specialises in corporate finance, business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory work.
More recently, Amanda has undertaken a professional support and development role. She is responsible for the training, legal products, and know-how needs of lawyers in the firm's commercial department.
Amanda also holds a Master of Arts (Arts Administration) and has an interest in art law.
