Anne is the head of the litigation department and a member of the firm's board of management. She is an experienced commercial litigator.

She specialises in competition law. She provides opinions and compliance advice on competition law issues, and regularly acts for clients who are being investigated by the Commerce Commission. She has assisted many clients to resolve claims and Commerce Commission investigations commercially, without legal proceedings being brought. She has also conducted numerous cases under the Commerce Act and Fair Trading Act.

In the regulatory area, Anne has worked closely with electricity sector and telecommunications clients in a range of High Court cases and Commerce Commission hearings.  She also advises in relation to Securities Act investigations and prosecutions.
