Averill Dickson is a senior associate in the firm's commercial group, specialising in information and communications technology (ICT).
She has specialist expertise in providing corporate and commercial advice to technology businesses, and in advising on technology transactions for both users and suppliers. Averill also advises on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, and she provides general commercial advice, including advice on commercial contracts.
Averill's work experience includes three years as group legal counsel / company secretary for Endace, a New Zealand-based network security company that was the first New Zealand company to list on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
