Rewards and Remuneration

Simpson Grierson offers extremely competitive remuneration packages. We also have a discretionary bonus scheme for legal and support staff which rewards excellent performance, "above and beyond the call of duty".

But it's not just about the money.

Simpson Grierson is committed to creating "a high performance culture". We have implemented a number of initiatives to advance this culture, including national team and department weekends away and planning days. We measure culture, engagement and teams' high performance through regular workplace surveys.

More informally, we have:

  • An active social events calendar, including twice-yearly firm-wide parties, barbecues, mid and end of year team events, rugby and cricket matches…the list goes on and on.
  • Subsidised gym membership.
