Charlotte is a senior associate in the firm's corporate group. She has a wide experience in all aspects of corporate work, both in New Zealand and overseas. Her particular focuses are the fields of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
Charlotte is particularly good at managing transaction processes. She has been publicly recognised by private equity clients for her knowledge and understanding of the private equity industry. Her work experience includes three years at Lovells, one of Europe's largest law firms.
