Charlotte is a senior associate in the firm's construction group. Her work experience includes four years with two leading construction law firms in London.
Charlotte's expertise includes drafting, reviewing, and advising on construction contracts including NZS 3910:2003, NZS 3915:2005, and the international forms of NEC3 and FIDIC. Charlotte often acts as a probity auditor ensuring councils meet their obligations of fairness and impartiality during the tendering and procurement process.
Charlotte also regularly advises on arbitration (both national and international), construction adjudications, mediations, and litigation. She has extensive specialist experience advising on the Construction Contracts Act and other recent legislation affecting the industry.
