Acting for Rolls-Royce in relation to High Court proceedings involving a $150 million damages claim concerning the Kinleith Co-Generation Plant
Acting for Westpac Banking Corporation in High Court proceedings challenging the re-assessment by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue of a number of cross-border structured finance transactions entered into during the period 1998-2002. The amount of disputed tax at issue exceeded $800 million
Acting for New Line/Warner Bros. in an international arbitration, under the supervision of the ICC, defending a claim for damages in excess of $190 million
Acting for Koppers Arch Wood Protection (NZ) on a case that involved claims of price fixing between Koppers Arch and its competitors Osmose and Nufarm
