Our location, and where to park

1. The entrance to the Simpson Grierson Client Car Park is from Emily Place (off Shortland Street or Customs Street) - refer map.   Please do not use the carpark entrance at the front of the building up the ramp off Shortland Street.
   
   
2. At the parking boom at the Emily Place entrance, enter "27" on the intercom and you will be connected directly with our Receptionists.   Reception operates between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Outside these hours individual arrangements can be made.
   
   
3. Over the intercom please advise Reception that you are a client of Simpson Grierson and the Receptionist will allow access to an allocated carpark on this level (all of the carparks on this level are dedicated exclusively to Simpson Grierson clients).
   
   
4. Once you have parked your car, please make your way to the lifts which are through the glass doors on the same level.
   
   
5. Before entering the lifts, select Level 27 on the key pad by the lifts. Please wait for the key pad screen to assign you the correct lift. As soon as you arrive at the Level 27 Reception, please register your vehicle there.  The Receptionists will then announce your arrival to the person you are visiting.
   
   
6. To avoid any confusion for early morning appointments and getting into the building prior to 8.00am, please note the following:
   
   
   1.  If you are using the level 8 carpark, press 80 on the intercom and OSL will let you in to the carpark.
      
      
   2. You can take the lift to the level 9 foyer (this opens at 7.30am) where the relevant author can meet you or you can ask OSL to send you straight to Level 27. The glass door to Level 27 does not open until 8.00am.
      
      
   3. If you are coming to the front entrance, there is access to the Lobby from 7.30am, prior to that you will need to make appropriate arrangements with the relevant author to meet you on Level 9.
      
      
   4. If the meeting is organised prior to 7.30am you can still get into the carpark, but you will then have to ask OSL (who are located on Level 8) to key you to Level 9 or Level 27.
