David is a senior associate in the firm's commercial group. He advises companies and corporations across a broad range of sectors on all aspects of commercial law, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
David was based in the United Kingdom before he joined Simpson Grierson. He worked for leading international law firm Herbert Smith and spent more than six years running his own legal practice, working within organisations as a senior legal consultant (and during that time he managed large legal teams). David's work experience also includes two years as the managing director of a retail marketing company.
