Deborah Rowe is a senior associate in the commercial litigation group. She has extensive experience in all aspects of dispute resolution, with an emphasis on construction related disputes. Deborah is experienced in helping clients resolve disputes through litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and negotiated settlements. She has advised on a variety of construction contracts including NZS3910 and FIDIC.
Deborah is also responsible for the training, legal products, and know-how needs of lawyers in the firm's litigation department.
