Diana is a senior associate in the firm's local government and environment group. Her experience includes working as an environmental lawyer in a large law firm in the United Kingdom.
Diana advises local authorities as well as corporations on a wide range of resource management, environmental law, and local government issues. She appears before the Environment Court and High Court on resource consent, district plan, and designation appeals and in judicial review and declaration proceedings.
Diana also provides advice on heritage issues, contaminated land liabilities, hazardous substances, and environmental aspects of corporate and property transactions as well as local government and public law matters such as bylaws and official information.
