Donna is a senior associate in the local government and environment group. She advises public sector and local government clients on a range of issues, with a focus on property work and public works. Donna advises clients on the acquisition and disposal of property, easements, roading, reserves, public works, and leasing. Donna also provides advice on the Local Government Act 2002 and other local government related statutes.
Accredited by Land Information New Zealand to undertake Crown property work (All Legislation and Roading Actions), Donna assists public sector clients with the acquisition and disposal of land under the Public Works Act, including offer back obligations under section 40 of the Act.
