Elisabeth is a partner in the firm's commercial group. She heads the firm's energy, networks and utilities group and is a lead partner in the competition group.

She is adept at advising on complex commercial transactions. This includes multi-party joint ventures involving detailed value adjustments, procurement and operations outsourcing (including public/private partnerships), supply, distribution, and network agreements. Her reputation is for a strongly analytical approach with a focus on strategic issues and commercial solutions.

Elisabeth has a wealth of experience advising on competition and regulatory matters. She advises on transaction structures, approvals, and authorisations from the competition regulator, as well as assisting clients responding to processes initiated by industry regulators.
