For customers, we advise on all of their telecommunication requirements including fixed line, mobile and data services agreements, telecommunications network build, satellite broadband services along with business critical area of telecommunications outsourcing. 

For vendors, our involvement encompasses the negotiation and documentation of master telecommunications services agreements.  We have also been involved in everything from negotiating contracts for supply and installation of entire networks through to supply arrangements for individual installation of fibre optic cable, and customer premises equipment. 

Our experience also covers the full spectrum of telecommunications including wired and wireless, broadband, IP networks and submarine cables. 

We also offer comprehensive regulatory services.  In addition to other key pieces of legislation, we have extensive experience of the Radiocommunications Act, Telecommunications Act and regulatory frameworks administered by the Telecommunications Commissioner.  We assist clients with all aspects of regulation and competition law through to the acquisition of spectrum management rights and transmitter site licence/access arrangements.
