Simpson Grierson has extensive experience advising local authorities and waste companies on contractual matters.  We also advise utilities on the collection, treatment, supply and disposal of bulk drinking water, wastewater and solid waste.  Our experience extends not just to the commercial aspects of these arrangements, but also to legislative elements that affect it, such as the Local Government Acts (1974 and 2002), the Resource Management Act, Building Act and the Public Works Act.

With telecommunications, we draft contracts on all aspects of procurement including infrastructure, licensing, reseller arrangements, outsourcing, network infrastructure/interconnection, managed network services and service levels.  Backed by our litigation and regulatory teams, we have the teeth to enforce contractual matters where necessary.
