Our Maritime and Fishing law team specialise in both the wet and dry aspects of the industry. With added expertise in port development and operations, we a provide reliable and effective advice and representation in the application of fisheries legislation, admiralty and maritime law.

New Zealand is a maritime nation.  With 84% of our trade carried by sea, we are dependent upon sea freight for the bulk of our exports and imports.  As a firm we are committed to providing pragmatic and value-added assistance - every time. 

Our staff and active, informed and up-to-date with developments in the maritime industry, both wet and dry.  Our staff are also active in advising port operators on their operations, including employment practices, as well as on port developments.
