Firm Welcomes Two New Associates

The firm welcomes two new associates to its Auckland office, Sara Jackson to its commercial litigation department and Richard Hellaby to its corporate and commercial group.
Sara previously worked at the New Zealand Law Commission where she was involved in a variety of law reform projects including reform of tribunals, privacy and private schools law. She has also worked as a clerk at Shortland Chambers. Sara has joined the team of William Akel and Tracey Walker, focusing on commercial and media litigation.

Richard's focus at Simpson Grierson will be advising on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private equity, and venture capital.
