Greg heads the resources and infrastructure department and is a member of the firm's board of management. He is also a partner in the commercial property group.
His specialist areas of expertise are the buying and managing of shopping centres and all aspects of purchasing and selling commercial property. He also advises on strategies for property ownership and tenant management.
Greg's property work includes providing legal opinions, drafting sale and purchase agreements and leases, drafting other property related agreements, undertaking due diligence investigations, advising on dispute resolution between landlords and tenants, and advising on the Overseas Investment regime.
