Jaron is a senior associate in the firm's corporate group. He is a corporate law specialist and advises on a wide range of corporate transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions. He frequently advises on corporate governance and constitutional matters. His work experience includes seven years in London, including at Hogan Lovells.
