Katherine is a senior associate in the firm's employment law group. Her experience includes all areas of employment law, including personal grievances, Holidays Act issues, restructuring and business sales, and bargaining and other union issues. She regularly represents clients at mediations and appears in the Employment Relations Authority to defend clients against personal grievance claims.
Katherine has experience in dealing with industrial action, advising and representing clients facing strike action by employees. She has also acted as lead advocate for clients in collective bargaining, providing strategic advice on claims and negotiations.
