Kathryn is the marketing director. She provides thought leadership and direction on developing and maintaining a leading position for the Simpson Grierson brand. She is supported by a team of marketing and business development specialists. Her focus is on delivering outstanding client and brand value through innovative communications, relevant sponsorships, and exceptional events and seminars.

Kathryn joined the firm after 12 years with American Express in senior business strategy and marketing roles internationally. More recently, she has been providing a wide range of business growth solutions to leading New Zealand and overseas organisations, as principal director of Lee & Associates Consultants. Kathryn's background is financial risk analysis and revenue growth management, primarily in the banking and finance sector.
