Liz is a senior associate in the security enforcement group. She specialises in commercial litigation, and acts for financial institutions, banks, liquidators, and corporates. She regularly appears before the New Zealand courts at all levels on breach of contract, fraud, security enforcement, insolvency, and other finance-related matters.
