Lucy is a senior associate in the employment law group. Her work experience includes time spent at leading London law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
She has extensive experience in employment law, including litigation, personal grievances, bonus and incentive issues, Holidays Act and parental leave issues, collective bargaining, agreements and policies, due diligence and transactional work, and health and safety matters.
Lucy regularly attends mediations and investigation meetings in the Employment Relations Authority, and hearings in the Employment Court.
