Tracey is our Human Resources Director and is responsible for leading and coaching the Human Resources team in designing, implementing and maintaining best practice initiatives.

Tracey has worked as an Organisational Psychologist as well as in general and specialist HR leadership positions. Before joining the firm in 2011, she was with Westpac New Zealand Limited and has previously worked at organisations such as Standard Chartered Bank and McAfee Asia Pacific in Singapore and KMPG Asia Pacific in Hong Kong.
