Under the lead of Corporate and Commercial Partner Kevin Jaffe, Simpson Grierson continue to advise Eden Park Trust Board on the NZD$190m redevelopment of Eden Park stadium.

Eden Park was confirmed by the Government as the finals venue for the 2011 Rugby World Cup in February 2007.  Simpson Grierson advised the Trust Board on the Agreement signed with the Crown in May 2007. The redevelopment will require finalising design, funding and construction, all by the end of 2010, to allow for testing the facilities prior to the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
