11 May 2009: As proud co-host of the New Zealand Hotel Industry Conference 2009, to be held at SKYCITY Convention Centre on Thursday 14 May, Simpson Grierson is co-hosting a pre-conference seminar at its Auckland office on Wednesday 13 May, from 2.45pm – 5.40pm.

Hosted in association Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels and New Zealand Hotel Industry Conference 2009 co-host Horwath HTL, the afternoon seminar features presentations by a number of speakers, including Simpson Grierson partner Denis McNamara - 'Hotel Management Agreements - Has the Pendulum Swung Too Far?' and senior associates Daniel Kelleher and Greg Allen, 'Unit Title Structuring - Dawn of a New Era?'

Other speakers include, Troy Craig from Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, 'Hotel Valuations – Steering Down the Abyss' and colleague Dean Humphries, 'Hotel Investment – Is it Alive or Dead?

Simpson Grierson partners, Greg Towers, Philip Merfield and Denis McNamara will also take on the role of Chair during the event.

Around 75 guests are expected at the seminar, which closes with cocktails and networking till 7pm.
