Simpson Grierson ranks top in Labour and Employee Benefits law
Auckland - Simpson Grierson remains amongst the top-tier employment law specialists in New Zealand with the release of the PLC Cross-Border Labour and Employee Benefits Guidebook 2007/08.
Leading lawyer and Simpson Grierson Partner Phillipa Muir, who heads the firms employment group, was singled out for her considerable experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law.
Partner Shan Wilson was also recommended in the guide as a specialist with broad experience in secondments, restructuring, contentious collective bargaining and industrial relations issues.
