Carole advises on project documentation, insurance, tendering and contracting out issues for construction, infrastructure and energy projects.

Carole has been involved in a number of alliancing and collaborative working contracts as well as other contracts for the outsourcing of core and non-core activities.

In a major project context she is familiar with BOOT (Build Own Operate Transfer), DBO (Design Build Operate) and Design & Construction projects.

In addition, Carole has extensive experience in advising on and resolving a wide range of disputes and claims through alternative dispute resolution techniques and arbitration, particularly in the construction and energy sectors. Carole is experienced in working with Dispute Review Board processes.  She is an experienced arbitrator and mediator and company director.
