Peter was a Partner at Simpson Grierson for many years before becoming a consultant to the firm in 1994. His practice has been predominantly in the field of corporate and commercial advice.
He is a former president of the Auckland District Law Society, the New Zealand Law Society and the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
