Rod is a consultant in Simpson Grierson's Commercial Property Group and also leads the Wills, Estates and Trust Group in Auckland. 

He advises businesses and individuals, including property developers, property managers and financiers, on agreements for sale and purchase of industrial, commercial and residential properties, land subdivision, cross leasing and unit title developments. 

Rod also advises on design and build contracts, construction contracts, development and joint venture agreements, and commercial lease arrangements, such as retail shopping centres developments.

In addition to his property work, Rod provides advice to clients in the areas of trust, probate and succession law.
