Commercial Property
Greg is on the Board of Simpson Grierson, head of Simpson Grierson's Resources and Infrastructure Department (covering the Commercial Property, Construction, and Local Government and Environment work groups) and a partner in the firm's Commercial Property Group.
He advises on acquisitions and dispositions of companies, businesses and commercial property. He also advises on all aspects of general commercial, consumer protection and company law.
Greg's property work includes providing legal opinions, drafting property-related agreements, sale and purchase agreements and leases, undertaking due diligences, and advising on dispute resolution. In addition, Greg provides specialist advice on commercial leases and leasing projects relating to retail shopping centre developments.
Greg was the Chair of Lex Mundi for 2002-2003, and he remains actively involved in the organisation. Lex Mundi is the world's leading association of independent law firms, with 160 members, 550 offices and 20,000 attorneys located in the major financial centres around the world.
