Kevin is Chairman of Simpson Grierson and a corporate Partner  - one of a group of specialist corporate and securities lawyers providing strategic advice on high-profile and complex transactions.

Kevin's practice includes advising on business acquisitions, takeovers, mergers, corporate structuring, contract negotiations, foreign investment, trade practices and trusts.

Kevin has extensive experience under the Takeover Code and the Overseas Investment Regulations.  He has appeared before the Takeovers Panel and the Securities Commission.  Kevin is also involved in competition law issues, including applications for merger authorisations and clearances.

In addition, Kevin works in the transport sector (where he acts for Toll NZ), in energy law (where he acts for a number of consumer trusts throughout New Zealand which own energy companies) and in public law (where he acts on major corporate and commercial issues, including public/private partnerships).
