Wayne is a Partner in Simpson Grierson's Banking and Finance Group. 

With 20 years’ experience in both domestic and international markets, Wayne has particular expertise in the financing of acquisitions as well as in derivatives, securities, corporate lending and borrowing.

In addition to high profile financing work, Wayne has been involved in drafting standard documentation such as hire purchase, asset lease and related documentation for a number of finance companies including Dorchester Finance and UFJ Finance.

Wayne has also worked closely with our corporate teams on a number of major M&A transactions.
