Capital Markets Financial Services Banking and Finance
Peter is a Partner in Simpson Grierson's Banking and Finance Department. He has previously worked as in-house legal counsel to banks in New Zealand and London.
He acts for corporates, financial institutions, corporate trustees and investment banks on a range of financing issues including securitisations, project financing, capital market issues, Euro note and Swiss franc note issues and general debt raising. Peter also advises on regulatory issues, in particular the Credit Contracts & Consumer Finance Act and the Personal Property Securities Act.
