Alex is a Senior Associate in the corporate practice group of Simpson Grierson's commercial department. He specialises in corporate advisory work, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, private equity, corporate governance and constitutional matters and providing general commercial advice to a diverse group of clients. Alex has a particular interest in joint ventures and advising in relation to joint venture/shareholder disputes.
