Andrea is a Senior Associate in Simpson Grierson's Commercial Department, with more than eight  years' experience in New Zealand and London advising on general commercial and corporate law issues with a focus on assisting companies through the process of business disposals and acquisitions, corporate structuring and restructuring, drafting and advising on shareholder agreements and shareholder disputes, company constitutions and joint venture arrangements for a variety of start-up and existing private companies.

Andrea also has experience in advising mining companies embarking on farm-in and joint venture arrangements.

Andrea's recent experience includes:

• Advising on the sale of North Shore City Council's and Waitakere City Council's joint CCO Techscape
• Maintaining and revising Fletcher Distribution's PlaceMakers franchise and joint venture documentation
• Drafting joint venture documentation for Fletcher Building Limited
• Advising on Aliaxis' acquisition of the plumbing hardware business of Dux Industries in New Zealand and Australia
• Newmont Waihi Gold's farm-in and joint venture arrangements with Glass Earth
• Advising on a wide variety of sale and purchase transactions in the construction, marine, waste management, medical and road sign industries
