Ann is a Senior Associate in our Local Government and Environment Group within the Resources and Infrastructure Department.  She advises territorial authorities on Resource Management and Building Act issues, infrastructure projects and district plan development.  Ann's work includes providing legal opinions, managing resource consent and district plan appeals, drafting and advising on bylaw review, and dispute resolution.
