Gwendoline is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Team.

Gwendoline specialises in commercial law and specifically helps mid-sized (often family-owned) companies grow, foreign investors set up and operate in New Zealand, and companies to navigate the maze of laws governing selling and marketing products and services.

Having worked in business, private practice, and for the New Zealand Commerce Commission, Gwendoline has strong empathy with businesspeople and the regulatory issues they face.

As a Board Member of the RNZSPCA and one of its National Executive, Gwendoline is also well-versed in complex policy and governance issues and has a strong grasp of sponsorship and events promotion.
