Stephanie is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department.  Her practice is focused on the property dispute resolution aspects of family law, particularly relationship property and claims against estates and trusts.

Stephanie works closely with the firm's property, trusts and estates team to provide advice on the relationship property aspects of estate planning, trust and property transactions.

In addition, Stephanie has expertise in the following areas:

• International property issues;
• Child welfare;
• Spousal and child support;
• Protection for the elderly and disabled; and
• Paternity, adoptions and surrogacy

Stephanie appears regularly in the Family Court and High Court.
