Vimal is a Senior Associate in Simpson Grierson's Resources and Infrastructure Department.  He specialises in the area of construction law, and advises on a wide range of infrastructure projects, including structuring, documenting, insurance, bonding, tender advice, financing and general commercial advice on all stages of such projects from conception through to completion.

Vimal is experienced in resolving construction disputes through negotiation, mediation and litigation.  He has  considerable experience in construction adjudications both in the United Kingdom and in New Zealand under the Construction Contracts Act 2002.

Vimal spent two years working at a leading construction law firm in the United Kingdom  before rejoining Simpson Grierson in August 2004.
