Charlotte is a Senior Associate within Simpson Grierson Advisory, advising on all aspects of the New Zealand corporate, securities and commercial law and regulation. She has been practising law since 1996. Charlotte has recently spent 3 years in London where she worked for Lovells, one of Europe's largest law firms, being involved in various M & A and capital raising transactions and advising Listed and Unlisted UK and European companies, including major European private equity funds on a full range of corporate and securities law and regulatory issues.
