Deborah advises on all aspects of construction and dispute resolution.  She is experienced in dealing with all construction issues including those arising under NZS 3910, NZS 3915, FIDIC and other standard form contracts.  She acts for a wide range of clients including contractors, subcontractors, developers and consultants. 

Deborah is experienced in all aspects of dispute resolution, including adjudication, arbitration and litigation.  She regularly advises on issues arising under the Construction Contracts Act 2002, and is experienced in adjudications under that Act, as well as in "leaky buildings" claims and adjudications.

• Regularly acts for contractors in relation to a wide range of construction disputes in the High Court and District Court, and in arbitration
• Acting in a number of major co-generation plant disputes
• Acting in Construction Contract Act 2002 cases including successfully obtaining summary judgment for unpaid payment claims
• Acting in relation to disputes over super-yacht construction including in a multi million dollar international commercial arbitration and injuction proceedings
• Defence of prosecutions under the Health & Safety in Employment Act
