Graeme's practice encompasses all areas of civil litigation and advice work, primarily in the public law/local government field. His litigation speciality is judicial review. He has appeared in numerous High Court and Court of Appeal judicial review hearings, and in the Privy Council, mainly for local authorities. He also advises on financial aspects of local government, council corporate entities, infrastructure, constitutional issues, elections and polls, the establishment and administration of committees, the official information regime, as well as the drafting of bylaws and statutory bills.
