Greg advises on property aspects of corporate transactions (acquisitions and mergers), residential and commercial property developments, subdivisions, commercial leasing and hotel developments. He also has a particular interest and speciality in Fiji property law and integrated resort developments. 

His property work includes acting on large land acquisitions, providing legal opinions, drafting property-related agreements, sales and purchases, due diligence investigations including Overseas Investment consent investigations and applications, hotel and serviced apartment developments, and specialist leasing projects including commercial buildings and retail shopping centre developments.
