Jane is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Practice Group in Auckland. She has been practising in the field of corporate law for ten years. She has been involved in drafting a variety of commercial documentation for use in one-off transactions and for general use with customers. Jane has experience in a range of issues which arise for companies including structural matters relating to formation and corporate structure, acquisitions and dispositions, changes in capital structure and constitutional matters.

Jane's experience includes advising on and negotiating all aspects of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions (including due diligences), general contractual matters and associated regulatory requirements of the Overseas Investment Act.
