Khim is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property group advising on all aspects of commercial property transactions.  She has a particular interest and specialises in negotiating and drafting commercial leases and associated documentation for commercial buildings and retail shopping centre developments. 

She is experienced in due diligence investigations including Overseas Investment consent investigations and applications, and advising on property aspects of corporate transactions.  Khim has been involved in the acquisition and sale of large commercial properties for clients such as Bunnings and Abacus Property Group.

• Property aspects of the IPO for Gullivers Travel Group and Pumpkin Patch
