Lisa is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/Commercial group in Auckland.
Lisa has been practising commercial and corporate law since 1996. She has spent time overseas practising in Australia and in the United Kingdom. She worked in the Melbourne office of Malleson Stephen Jaques and she worked in London as an in-house counsel for a global communications company.
Lisa's practice covers most areas of commercial law including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, foreign investment, joint ventures, corporate and business affairs, employee share schemes, sales, marketing and consumer protection law, terms of trade, risk management/legal compliance programmes and general commercial contracts (such as services, franchise, distribution, warehousing and supply agreements).
Lisa has advised a wide variety of businesses across many industries throughout New Zealand and internationally. She has particular experience in the pharmaceutical industry and experience in telecommunication network infrastructure projects/transactions. She advises on risk management issues and compliance programmes. Lisa has been involved in a number of significant business acquisitions and disposals and (re) structuring of new and existing businesses.
